North Shore Country Day – 8th Grade Graduation Portraits
We’re excited to offer graduation portrait sessions for North Shore Country Day 8th Grade students and their families!
Event Details:
Date: Wednesday, June 4th, 2025
Time: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: North Shore Country Day Campus – Lawn East of Upper School Near Parking Lot
Address: 310 Green Bay Rd, Winnetka, IL 60093
The photos will take place outside in a similar setting to the school photos
Weather backup: In case of inclement weather, the session will be moved inside a building on campus. The exact backup location will be announced the day of if needed.
Session Information:
Each family will have approximately 2-3 minutes for their portrait session
No session fee – Photos will be available for purchase through the same school portrait ordering system used for regular school photos
Please arrive ready for your session as there are no changing facilities available
There will typically be a small line of families waiting – please join the line only when your entire party is present
There is not a set order for photographing families. The timeslots are set to maintain a comfortable pace for the portrait session. Portrait sessions will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and will go in order of the line.
When it’s your turn, please tell the photographer the student’s name so proper student information can be associated with the photos
If we are close to the end time of all the sessions, we may move to only graduate portraits to make sure the class photo and graduation ceremony will start on time. All portrait sessions will stop at 4pm.
Photo Options:
As time allows, we’ll capture:
The graduating student (this portrait will be taken for all students)
The graduate with their entire group of family and friends
The graduate with immediate family (parents and siblings)
The graduate with just parent(s)
The graduate with sibling(s)
The graduate with grandparent(s)
We welcome any group photo arrangement you have in mind, as time permits
Important Notes:
If your family has multiple students graduating, please make a separate reservation for each student within the same time slot if possible. For example, if you have two graduating students, you would make two reservations for the same time period to ensure each student is accounted for in our scheduling.
If a time slot is unavailable, it means all student spaces for that time period have been reserved – please select another available time slot
There are enough time slots to accommodate all graduating students
Your image gallery will be available through the regular school portrait system
All bookings are final (non-refundable with no rescheduling)
By booking, you grant TK Photography permission to film, record, and photograph you and your family
